I am a fully qualified, BACP accredited counsellor with an established practice in Lewes, East Sussex.
I offer therapy for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, lack of confidence, physical or sexual abuse, infertility, pregnancy and adoption.

Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a schools counsellor with adolescents in Eastbourne, at an NHS family planning clinic and at the Rock Clinic in Brighton.
I am happy to see adults or young people on an individual, face-to-face basis, for long or short term therapy.
