I am a fully qualified, BACP accredited counsellor with an established practice in Lewes, East Sussex.

I offer therapy for a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, lack of confidence, physical or sexual abuse, infertility, pregnancy and adoption.

My special interest is in eating disorders. For more information about this please click on the Eating Disorders button on the left of this page.

Alongside my private practice, I have previously worked as a schools counsellor with adolescents in Eastbourne, at an NHS family planning clinic and at the Rock Clinic in Brighton. Currently I also see clients referred for short term counselling through their employer's Employee Assistance Programme, mostly on work related issues.

I am happy to see adults or young people on an individual, face-to-face basis, for long or short term therapy.
